You built something with AI and it mostly works. Now real users are about to touch it. I coach you 1-on-1 on Claude Code, on your actual project, until it holds up. You don't need to be a "real" developer.
90-minute sessions, from $50 for your first one. The 15-minute intro call is free.
Prototype to Production is 1-on-1 vibe coding coaching from me, Yassir (yassir.codes), for people who built an app with AI coding tools and now need it to hold up with real users. Each session is 90 minutes on Google Meet or Zoom, on your actual codebase. You do the work in Claude Code while I guide, so you learn how to do it, not just what to do. The six-session path covers, in order: an audit and roadmap, auth and security, data and migrations, testing, deploy and environments, and a handover of your Claude Code workflow. Before every paid session I spend 45 to 60 minutes reviewing your code, and within 24 hours you get a written recap and a private recording. You don't need to be a developer by training. If you're a vibe coder with a prototype that mostly works, this is built for you.
90 minutes on Google Meet or Zoom, on your real codebase. No demo project, no slides.
I spend 45 to 60 minutes going through your codebase. That's included in the price. It means we skip the tour and start on what actually matters.
| Time | What happens |
|---|---|
| 0–10 min | Agree the goal. We pick the one thing this session has to fix or ship. |
| 10–65 min | Build live. You share your screen and drive, I guide. You write the prompts and make the changes. I catch mistakes before they land and tell you why. |
| 65–80 min | The why. The decisions, patterns and trade-offs behind what we just did, so it sticks after the call. |
| 80–90 min | Recap and next steps. What's done, what's next, what to do before next time. |
You share your screen and drive, I guide. Basically: if I type, you learn nothing. If you type, you leave knowing how to do it again.
Within 24 hours you get a written recap: what we did, the decisions we made, and what to do before next time. You also get the recording of the call, shared only with you, so you can rewatch the parts that went fast. (Rather not be recorded? Say so and I won't.)
This is what the pack covers, one step per session. The order adapts to your project. The audit always comes first and the handover always comes last. One session a week works well, and skipping a week when life gets in the way is fine.
We go through what you've built and sort it into fragile, risky and fine. You leave with a short list of what to fix first, and why in that order.
Who can see what, and who can do what. Where your secrets live (hopefully not in the frontend). And the holes AI-generated code tends to leave, like API routes anyone can call.
Your database structure, how to change it without losing anything (that's what migrations are for), and backups you know actually work.
Tests that catch it when a new feature breaks an old one. Plus using Claude Code itself to QA your app, so checking doesn't mean clicking around by hand.
Environment variables, a staging copy you can break safely, and monitoring so you hear about problems before your users do.
Your Claude Code workflow going forward: plans, personas, docs. The setup that keeps your codebase production-grade after we stop working together.
Send me questions on WhatsApp whenever they come up. I reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Stuck on something small on a Tuesday? Ask. Don't sit on it until the next call.
You get the written recap and the recording, no ongoing channel. If you want the back-and-forth, that's what the pack is for.
You own 100% of your code, including everything we write together. I need access to your repo to prep, and you can revoke it whenever you want.
If your idea or your data is sensitive, ask and I'll sign an NDA before I look at anything.
I don't build features while you watch, and I don't write code between sessions. You build, I guide, and you leave able to keep going without me.
I only take a handful of coaching clients at a time, because the prep review only works if I actually have time to do it.

I'm Yassir (yassir.codes). I've been building software since 2018, and shipping production apps through WebMastry since 2021, for clients in the US, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. I use Claude Code every day, and it's what I coach best.
No coaching reviews here yet. The coaching offer is new, and I'd rather show nothing than make something up. Until then, here's what clients said about my development work through WebMastry.
"Yassir did an excellent job. Working with him allowed me to save several hours of my own development time. He took initiative and kept working on the problem until he figured it out. Very little management was needed. I hope to work with him again in the future."
"WebMastry has done an outstanding job with our SaaS analytics platform. They built it exactly as per our specifications, took initiative to suggest new design features, and went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the results. They make an excellent external dev team."
"Working with WebMastry was an absolute pleasure. Total professional, Yassir is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Looking forward to working with them again soon."
It's 1-on-1 help for people who build software by prompting AI tools instead of writing every line themselves. A vibe coding coach (or mentor, if you prefer) works with you on your real app: you write the prompts and make the changes, the coach catches mistakes and explains why. Mine has one focus: taking a prototype that mostly works to production.
No. This is built for founders, PMs and designers, not developers by training. You need an app you've built, or started building, with an AI coding tool. You'll learn the concepts your project needs when it needs them: what a migration is when we touch your database, what an environment variable is when we deploy. Not a CS degree, just enough to stay in control.
Yes. Claude Code is what I use every day and what I coach best, so that's where we'll do the work. But plenty of apps start somewhere else. If you built yours with Cursor, Lovable or something similar and it mostly works, that's a perfectly good starting point. We pick it up from the code you already have.
You do the work, not me. A developer builds or fixes your app, and you need them again for the next change. In coaching you share your screen and make every change yourself while I guide, so you end up understanding your own codebase. If you'd rather have the app built for you, that's what my agency, WebMastry, does. It's a different service.
Ninety minutes on Google Meet or Zoom, on your own codebase. We agree the one thing this session has to fix or ship, then you build it live while I guide. After that we go over the why behind the decisions, and finish with next steps. I review your code for 45 to 60 minutes before we meet, and you get a written recap and the recording within 24 hours.
No. Real users on your app is a good reason to start, not a reason to wait. The pack always begins with an audit: we sort what you've built into fragile, risky and fine, and fix what matters most first. Working on a live app just means we're more careful about how changes reach production, and setting up a staging copy you can break safely is part of the path.
Run your app like someone who understands it. Over six sessions you work through security, data and migrations, testing, deploys and monitoring on your own codebase. At the handover you set up a Claude Code workflow (plans, personas, docs) that keeps your codebase production-grade after we stop working together. You'll know what to check before you ship, and why.
See what each option costs, or book a free 15-minute call and we'll figure out if this fits.
