A single session is $100 for 90 minutes on the call. But every paid session also includes 45 to 60 minutes of me going through your codebase before we meet, plus the written recap after. Count the prep alone and $100 buys 2.25 to 2.5 hours of my time, so about $40 to $44 an hour. Basically, the prep is the part you don't see, and it's why we start on your real problem from minute one instead of the tour.
Move any session for free up to 12 hours before it starts. Inside 12 hours the time is fixed. A pack session you miss or cancel inside 12 hours counts as used.
Cancel a first or single session at least 3 days before and you get a full refund. Cancel later than that and you get 50% back. Once a session has happened, or if you don't show up, it isn't refunded.
Full refund if you cancel at least 1 week before your first pack session. After that, each session you've used counts as $100 and I refund the rest. Tell me at least 1 week before your next booked session, otherwise that session counts as used.
Yes. Every session, every prep review and every recap is me, Yassir. There's no team of mentors and I don't hand you off to anyone.
Yes, that's the whole point. We work on your real codebase, not a tutorial app. I review it before each session so we start on your actual problems.
Yes. You share your screen and drive, I guide. You write the prompts and make the changes, and I catch mistakes and explain the reasoning, so you can do it again without me.
No. You don't need to be a "real" developer. You need something you've built, or started building, with an AI coding tool, and the patience to understand it instead of accepting whatever the AI gives you.
Claude Code first. It's what I use every day and what I teach best. If you built with Cursor, Lovable or something similar, that's a fine starting point and we work from there.
You pay through Stripe, then pick a time on my calendar. The booking form asks for access to your repo, what you built and your goal for the session. I review your codebase before we meet, so we start on your problem from minute one. For the free intro call, you just pick a time.
Go at your own pace. One session a week works well, and skipping a week is fine. If you decide to stop partway, I refund what you paid minus $100 for each session you used. The details are in the terms.
Yes. I've worked with clients in the US, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. I'm on GMT, my hours are flexible, and I already work with clients on US Pacific time. The calendar shows open slots in your own time zone.
If you're not sure, start with the first session. It's a full 90 minutes for $50, and by the end you'll know whether the pack makes sense for your project.
Yes. After your first session I'll email you a personal code. Buy the pack within 7 days of the session and $50 comes off, so you pay $550. Counting the first session, that's 7 sessions for $600 in total.
For a first or single session: cancel at least 3 days before and you get a full refund, or 50% back if you cancel later than that. Once the session has happened, it isn't refunded. For the pack: cancel at least 1 week before your first pack session and you get everything back. After that, each session you've used counts as $100 and I refund the rest, as long as you tell me at least 1 week before your next booked session. So if you paid $600 and used 3 sessions, you get $300 back.
The site takes the pack in one payment. If that's a stretch, ask me on the intro call or send me a message, and I'll send you two invoices instead.
Yes, by default. I share the recording privately with you, along with your written recap, so you can rewatch the parts that went fast. If you'd rather not be recorded, just say so. Recordings are deleted after 90 days.
Hosting, API costs and any paid tools your app uses are on you. I also don't write code for you between sessions. If you want an app built for you, that's what my company WebMastry does.
You own 100% of your code. I only use your repo access to prepare for our sessions, and you can revoke it any time. I'll sign an NDA if you ask.
Tell me what you built and where it's stuck. 15 minutes, free, no card.
