Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms apply when you book a call or a coaching session through yassir.codes. yassir.codes is the coaching brand of WebMastry LLC, a Wyoming (US) company, and your sessions are with me, Yassir. In these terms, "I" and "me" means me and WebMastry LLC. By booking, you agree to them, and for a paid booking you accept them when you tick "I agree to the Terms of Service" at checkout. If something here doesn't make sense, email me at yassir@yassir.codes before you book.

1. What the service is

yassir.codes offers 1-on-1 coaching on building and running software with AI coding tools, mainly Claude Code. It's coaching, not software development. During sessions you do the work on your own computer and your own codebase, and I guide you. I don't write, deliver, host or maintain software for you, during or between sessions.

You stay responsible for your code, your app, your data, your deployments and the decisions you make about them.

2. Booking and payment

  • You must be 18 or older to book any call or session.
  • The free intro call is free and needs no payment.
  • Paid sessions and the Prototype to Production pack are paid in full, up front, when you book, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and listed on the pricing page.
  • If you'd rather pay for the pack in two parts, ask me before you buy and I'll send you two invoices instead of you paying on the site.
  • The first session at the discounted price is limited to one per person.
  • Your bank may charge currency conversion fees. Those are between you and your bank.

3. Rescheduling and cancelling

  • You can reschedule any session for free up to 12 hours before it starts. Inside 12 hours, the time is fixed.
  • If you cancel a single session or a first session at least 3 days ahead, you get a full refund for it. If you cancel it less than 3 days ahead, you get 50% back.
  • If you cancel a pack session at least 12 hours ahead, it goes back into your pack.
  • If you cancel a pack session less than 12 hours before it starts, or don't show up to any session, the session counts as used and isn't refunded.
  • If I need to reschedule, you choose a new time, or get a full refund for that session if no new time works.

4. Refunds

  • If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a 14-day right to cancel. See section 5.
  • First and single sessions: refunded in full if cancelled at least 3 days ahead, and 50% if cancelled later (see section 3). Once a session has taken place, or if you don't show up, it isn't refunded.
  • Prototype to Production pack: refunded in full if you cancel at least 1 week before your first pack session.
  • After your first pack session, each session you've used is charged at $100, the single-session price, and I refund the rest of what you paid. Refund = amount you paid − ($100 × sessions used), never less than zero.
  • For a pack refund, tell me at least 1 week before your next booked session. With less notice, that session counts as used.
  • Example: you paid $600 and used 3 sessions. 3 × $100 = $300, so you get $300 back.
  • The same rule applies if you paid $550 with the upgrade credit (see section 6).
  • How refunds are paid: refunds go back to your original payment method (usually the card you paid with, through Stripe). I issue them within 14 days of your cancellation or refund request. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the money.
  • If something's wrong: please email me first and give me 14 days to put it right before you open a dispute or chargeback with your bank. Most things get sorted with one email, and it's quicker for both of us.

5. Your 14-day cancellation right (EU and UK)

If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK (you're booking for yourself, not for a business), you can change your mind within 14 days of buying and get a refund. The 14 days start the day after you pay.

  • To cancel, email me at yassir@yassir.codes and say you want to cancel. You don't need a form or a reason.
  • If a session you booked falls inside those 14 days, then by booking and paying you're asking me to start the coaching before the 14 days are up.
  • If you cancel within the 14 days, you pay only for sessions already held: a first or single session at the price you paid for it, and pack sessions at an equal share of what you paid for the pack (what you paid ÷ 6, so $100 a session at $600, or $91.67 at $550). A session you miss without cancelling counts as held. I refund the rest.
  • Once a session has been held, you can't cancel it. So once your first or single session has taken place, there's nothing left to cancel.
  • Inside the 14 days, if the normal rules in sections 3 and 4 would give you more back, you get that instead. After the 14 days, only the normal rules apply.
  • Refunds under this section are paid the same way as any other refund (see section 4).

Example: you buy the pack for $600 on 1 March and have your first session on 5 March. On 10 March you email me to cancel. You're inside the 14 days and you've had 1 session, so you pay $100 and get $500 back.

Another example: on 1 March you book a single session for 13 March, then cancel on 11 March. Normally that's less than 3 days ahead, so you'd get 50% back. But you're still inside your 14 days and the session hasn't been held, so you get the full $100 back.

6. First-session upgrade credit

If you buy the Prototype to Production pack within 7 days after your first session, you get $50 off it, so you pay $550. After your first session I email you a personal code to use at checkout. The code works once, only for you, only on the pack, and it expires 7 days after your first session.

7. The Prototype to Production pack

  • The pack includes 6 sessions of 90 minutes, plus questions between sessions on WhatsApp.
  • You book each session when you're ready. One a week is the recommended pace, and skipping weeks is fine.
  • Pack sessions are valid for 6 months from purchase. Sessions still unused after that expire, so if you know you won't use them, ask for a refund before then (see section 4).
  • On WhatsApp, I reply within 1 business day, Monday to Friday. This is for questions, not for me writing or fixing code.

8. Your code and your work

You own 100% of your code, including anything written during our sessions. I don't claim any rights to it. I may reuse general techniques and know-how in my coaching, but never your code, your data or your business details.

I won't share your code or your project details with anyone. If you want that in writing, I'll sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.

I'll never publish your name, project or feedback as a testimonial without your permission.

9. Repo access

To prepare for sessions I need access to your code repository. I use it only for session prep. You can revoke it at any time, and I'll remind you to after our last session. Make sure you have backups of anything important before we make changes together.

10. Recordings

Sessions are recorded by default. I share the recording privately with you and with no one else. If you don't want a session recorded, tell me before or at the start of the call and I won't record it. Recordings are deleted 90 days after the session.

11. Limitation of liability

Coaching is advice and guidance. I can't promise any particular result for your project or business.

To the extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything related to the coaching is limited to the amount you paid for the session or pack in question. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, downtime or security incidents in your app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version that applies to a booking is the one live on the day you paid for it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away any protections the law where you live gives you.

14. General

  • If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • These terms, together with your booking (what you bought, when, and what you paid), are the whole agreement between us. If we sign an NDA (see section 8), that applies too.
  • If these terms are ever translated, the English version is the one that counts.
